Operation method
1. It is strictly forbidden to use the overloaded inclined pull.
2. It is strictly forbidden to operate with other power other than manpower.
3. Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the machine parts are intact, the transmission parts and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.
4. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are hung firmly. The lifting chain should be hung vertically, and there should be no twisted chain links. The lower hook frame of the double-row chain should not be turned over.
5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain to make the hand chain wheel rotate clockwise to make the heavy object rise; pull the hand chain in the opposite direction, and the heavy object can slowly fall.
6. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to do any work or walking under the heavy objects to avoid major accidents.
7. During the lifting process, whether the heavy object rises or falls, when pulling the hand chain, the force should be even and gentle, and do not use too much force to avoid the hand chain jumping or jamming.
8. If the operator finds that the hand pull force is greater than the normal pull force, stop using it immediately. Prevent damage to the internal structure to prevent falling objects.
9. After the heavy object lands safely and steadily, remove the lower hook of the hand chain hoist.
10. After use, handle it with care, place it in a dry and ventilated place, and apply lubricating oil.
