Operation precautions
1. Before and after the forklift scale is operated, the appearance, sound signal, starting, operation, and braking performance should be checked. Add lubricating oil and cooling water.
2. Before starting, observe the surroundings and confirm that there are no obstacles that hinder driving safety. Look before starting.
3. When forking objects, the distance between the two forks should be adjusted as needed to balance the loads of the two forks. The object should not be tilted. One side of the object should be against the object blocking rack, and the height of the load should not block the operator's line of sight.
4. The forks should not be raised too high when driving. When entering and leaving the work site or driving, pay attention to whether there are obstacles in the air. When driving with objects, if the forks are raised too high, the overall center of gravity height of the forklift will increase, affecting the stability and accuracy of the forklift scale.
5. After unloading, the forks should be lowered to the normal position before driving.
6. When turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, a signal should be given first, and rapid sharp turns are prohibited. Rapid sharp turns will cause the forklift scale to lose lateral stability and tip over.
