Working principle
The working principle of the explosion-proof hand chain hoist: by pulling the hand chain and the hand chain wheel to start rotating, the friction plate ratchet and the brake seat (pressed into one) rotate together, and the five-tooth long shaft rotates the plate gear, the four-tooth short shaft and the spline hole gear. Therefore, the lifting sprocket installed on the spline hole gear drives the lifting chain to lift the heavy objects smoothly.

Rules of use
1. It is strictly forbidden to use overload. It is strictly forbidden to operate with other power other than manpower. Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the machine parts are intact, the transmission parts and lifting chains are well lubricated, and the idling situation is normal. Check whether the upper and lower hooks are hung firmly before lifting. It is strictly forbidden to hang heavy objects at the tip and other wrong operations.
2. The lifting chain of the explosion-proof hand chain hoist should be suspended vertically, without twisted chain links, and the lower hook frame of the double-row chain should not be turned over. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain to rotate the hand chain wheel in a clockwise direction to make the heavy object rise; pull the hand chain in the opposite direction, and it can slowly descend at noon. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid personal accidents.
3. During the lifting process of the explosion-proof hand chain hoist, whether the heavy object rises or falls, when pulling the hand chain, the force should be uniform and gentle, and do not use too much force to avoid the hand chain jumping or snapping. If the operator finds that the hand pulling force is greater than the normal pulling force, it should be stopped immediately. Maintenance method: After use, the hoist should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust grease, and stored in a dry place. Maintenance and inspection should be carried out by those who are more familiar with the hoist mechanism to prevent those who do not understand the performance principle of the machine from disassembling and assembling at will.
4. After cleaning and maintenance, the explosion-proof hand chain hoist should be tested with no load to confirm that it is working normally and the braking is reliable before it can be delivered for use. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake part should be checked frequently to prevent brake failure and the phenomenon of falling objects.
