1. Overview of lifting clamps
Lifting clamps, also known as steel plate lifting clamps, are a type of lifting equipment widely used in the fields of automobiles, aviation, metallurgy, etc.
2. Types of lifting clamps
Classification by lifting method
Horizontal lifting clamps: have the characteristics of horizontal distribution lifting, suitable for horizontal lifting of steel plates, such as TMS handle-type horizontal steel plate lifting clamps, THK/THKS horizontal lifting steel plate lifting clamps and other types. During the lifting process, the objects to be lifted must not be collided. The rated load refers to the weight allowed to be lifted when the lifting clamps are used in pairs and the lifting point clamps are 60 degrees. Two or four are used in groups during the lifting operation.
Vertical lifting steel plate lifting clamps: equipped with a self-locking device, safe and reliable operation, fast clamping speed, and high work efficiency. The clamping force between the clamp tongue and the steel plate has an important impact on safety. If the clamping force is too large, it will damage the steel plate and shorten the life of the jaws. In severe cases, the lifting clamp will break; insufficient clamping force will cause the steel plate to slip. It should not be used to flip objects during use, and it is necessary to avoid overweight objects. For safety reasons, it is best to use more than two lifting clamps.
Flipping lifting clamp: used for flipping steel plates, it is a type of steel plate lifting clamp, forged with low-carbon alloy steel, safe and reliable, compact structure, light weight, fixed hanging beam, easy installation, quick and convenient adjustment of the clamp rail width.
