Precautions for use
1. When installing or reassembling the wire rope electric hoist for the first time, it should be operated without load first, but make sure that the components are installed and do not power on.
2. Before normal use, a static load test should be carried out at 125% of the rated load, lifting about 100 mm from the ground for 10 minutes, and checking whether it is normal.
3. The dynamic load test is to perform repeated lifting and left and right movement tests with the rated load weight. After the test, check whether its mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connection part are normal and reliable.
4. During use, it is absolutely forbidden to use it in an unauthorized environment and when it exceeds the rated load and the rated number of closing times per hour (120 times).
5. During installation, commissioning and maintenance, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance from the hook shell to the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the wire rope safety circle on the drum should be guaranteed, and the effective safety circle must be more than 2 circles.
6. It is not allowed to press two flashlight buttons at the same time to make the electric hoist move in opposite directions.
7. After the work is completed, the main switch of the power supply must be pulled open to cut off the power supply.
8. The electric hoist should be operated by a dedicated person, and the operator should fully master the safety operating procedures. It is strictly forbidden to pull or lift it crookedly.
9. During use, the electric hoist must be inspected regularly by a dedicated person, and timely measures must be taken when a fault is found, and it must be carefully recorded.
10. When adjusting the braking slide of the electric hoist, it should be ensured that the braking slide S≤V/100 under the rated load (V is the stable lifting distance under load within one minute).
11. The electric hoist must be kept with sufficient lubricating oil during use, and the lubricating oil must be kept clean and should not contain impurities and dirt.
12. When oiling the wire rope, a hard brush or a small piece of wood should be used. It is strictly forbidden to oil the working wire rope directly by hand.
13. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of parts.
14. If any fault is found during use, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.
15. Pay special attention to the condition of wearing parts during use.
